If you move to a plan with less storage than the space occupied by your files, your account will become overloaded. You will have to select an offer with the appropriate storage space or to delete files to avoid the excess storage.
When your account becomes overloaded, you can download your files but you can’t stream any of them and no file will be available to your contacts.
If your storage remains overloaded more than 10 days we will send you an email with instruction to resolve the situation.
If your storage remains overloaded more than 60 days, we may delete ALL your files.
