For a long time, we offered a 10 TB storage plan for €9.99/month. However, we had to discontinue this offer in 2024, as it no longer covered our server infrastructure costs.
We no longer provide storage plans above 1 TB, except in specific cases where users are already using more than 1 TB.
- Users whose storage usage is below 1 TB can only subscribe to a plan with a maximum of 1 TB.
- Users whose storage usage is above 1 TB are eligible to subscribe to the 10 TB plan for €24.99/month.
- We have not cancelled existing subscriptions to the old 10 TB plan at €9.99/month. However, once these subscriptions expire, they cannot be renewed.
Affected users will have the option to either subscribe to the new 10 TB plan for €24.99/month or reduce their storage usage to fit within the 1 TB plan.
