Over time, you may want to change your plan, either to get more storage space, or to reinforce the security of your files via a multisite storage offer or simply because you have changed your mind.
As soon as you subscribe to an offer that’s different than the one you already have, we automatically terminate your current offer and we refund you for the time not used (on a pro-rated basis, as long as the amount to be refunded exceeds $1).
Example 1
You have subscribed to the 100GB Multisite offer at the rate of $39.99 for 1 year. After 3 months you decide to switch to the 1TB Multisite offer at the rate of $99.99 for 1 year. As soon as your new payment is made, we will reimburse you the 9 months of unconsumed time, i.e. 9/12 x 39.99 = $29.99.
Example 2
You have subscribed to the 100GB Multisite offer at the rate of $39,99 for 1 year. After 5 days you decide that you prefer the 100GB economic 1-year offer. You just have to buy the 100Go economic 1-year offer at $19.99 to be automatically refunded of your current offer up to 39.99 * 360/365 = $39.44.
